Cape Farewell Youth Expedition 2007 - Art & Science Resource Videos

In September 2007, 12 students from the UK, Canada, and Germany went on an Arctic Expedition as part of an innovative climate change education program called the Cape Farewell Youth Expedition 2007. In the Arctic, the students had the opportunity to complete art and science projects alongside top artists, scientists, and educators. The following videos illustrate the art and science projects that were created with climate change as the inspiration. Please feel free to download and view these videos in the classroom (credit British Council, Cape Farewell Youth Expedition 2007 and Big Heart Media).

Instructions to download for teachers: click on the Google Video button located on the bottom righthand corner of the clip you want to dowload, select "Go to Google Video", click on "Download video - iPod/PSP" located in the description box on the right, and then follow the instructions if the download does not start automatically. When this is done, save the file on your computer and burn on a DVD when you have all the clips you want for the classroom.
